  • Planners can quickly develop accurate program's based on one reliable source of federated information.
  • Data linked to the graphical representation of components, it becomes easy to understand and query project information.
  • Also possible to show how construction will develop, sequentially, over time showing how a structure will visually appear at each stage.
  • Such an approach helps to negate last minute on-site design co-ordination and rework, ultimately eliminating waste from the delivery process and helping to speed it up.

What is the use of  AR ,  VR ,  MR  &  in  BIM  ? VR  -  Virtual Reality Involves virtual environments which are digital with a complete cut from the physical environment. Uses head-mounted display or glasses. AR  -  Augmented Reality Involves real environments with the addition of digital elements, the live view can be captured using camera & digital elements will be added on top of the live view. Uses a smartphone, tablet or other mobile device. MR  -  Mixed Reality Involves a mix of aspects from both virtual & real environments with the involvement of digital elements, the virtual objects can be mapped to the physical environment.
